Fitness Goals

  • To complete the Couch to 5K Program. -- Achieved!! 05/04/14
  • To run my first 5K fun run with my partner. Aiming for the 2014 Asics Bridges Fun Run in April as that should be right after I have completed the C25K!  (Got to pick a new fun run, as we missed out!)
Other Goals
  • To be able to cross one leg over (comfortably) when sitting.
  • To be able to buy clothes from regular stores. -- Achieved!! 06/03/14
  • To fit easily into plane seats. -- Achieved!! 24/02/14
  • To maintain a healthy weight for life.
